For a little about me – I received my first camera back in the summer of 2014. It was a small little purple Panasonic, but from that first click, I knew that this was something that I loved. Wherever I went, I would take my camera with me.

One of those places I would go to was my adventures in Boy Scouts. Through my various hiking trips, camping trips, and merit badge clinics – my camera was there to document the journey. I would become the official photographer for the troop, and if anyone ever needed a photo, I was there to provide it. That, of course, included everyone’s embarrassing moments as well, ha! I would go on to earn Eagle Scout, and I had no shortage of photos to look back on.

During high school, one organization I joined was JROTC. A similar story played out here, in which I was the official photographer. Every event that we had, I would go and take photos for. Always sending hundreds of photos to everyone, and making sure every smile was captured. Even in my senior year as the commanding officer for my JROTC unit, I would fit in time to get photos.

Outside of photography, I recently graduated from Green River College nearby in Auburn. I studied aviation, with the eventual goal of becoming an airline pilot. Throughout my time in college, I joined many different clubs and organizations. One club I joined was the Rotaract club. Rotaract participates in community service projects, and I always find joy in being able to help others. Once I joined, I quickly became the public relations officer due to how many photos I was always taking. One of the years in the club, I had the honor to serve as the president of the club, and it wa a wonderful experience watching the club grow.

Outside of all that, I currently work for FedEx at Seatac Airport as my daytime job. This means I get to work around aircraft! Even when I work in the same location five days a week, I still find a way to get creative and capture great photos through my phone.

I of course also spend time on hobbies other than photography. I have a passion for aviation, and am a part of a flight club in which I get to fly airplanes! I also love to go hiking and camping. Finally, I have purchased a Japanese Kei Truck and plan to turn it into a coffee truck!
