Our company revolves around the PEP philosophy.

• Photos

Your first priority before anything else is to deliver quality photos. Most moments that our company is hired for happen only once. It is very important to not miss photographing any key moments. When moments are missed, this reflects badly on all of us. It will leave the customer with a bad experience.

• Efficiency

Each of your tasks should be done efficiently. Efficiency does not mean going fast. It means to not lose time. A wedding for example, is an event which has no free time. It is key that you work efficiently.

• Profit

The key to success is to work how you would like your photographer to work. The better you do the things above, the more profit comes in, and the higher bonus you will receive. We are a family here, and should work together to be as profitable as possible.
